Product Warranty
BLM/CM products are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of delivery to the original user. We will furnish an equivalent item of our manufacture for any item found to contain such a defect within this period, F.O.B. our plant. We may require the item to be returned prepaid to its manufacturing facility for inspection to establish a claim. This warranty shall not apply to any product which has been subjected to accident, alteration, abuse, misuse, misapplication, or improper maintenance. BLM/CM assumes no responsibility for consequential damage. This constitutes our entire and only warranty.
